• As a therapist, mom, and lifelong advocate for families and teens, I know firsthand how overwhelming motherhood can feel, and I bring that lived experience into my work supporting moms and their teens. With years of experience helping adolescents navigate mental health challenges—including self-harm, anxiety, and identity struggles—I create a safe, compassionate space for both moms and teens to feel heard, understood, and supported.

I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma work as well as reduction in anxiety. EMDR works wonderfully with youth as well! 

• I also specialize in working with couples using  the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). Stability of the couple is CENTRAL to stability in children. PACT works with your attachment style in order to get at the root of the disconnect.

I currently have a physical space in White Salmon and I am working on a space in Hood River. I also offer virtual- especially for the busy moms!

Tuition: $900 (base rate), $1,200 (restoration rate)- SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE

Session Details

Support for adolescents as they transition towards adulthood.

Supporting teens explore the gifts, the challenges and the rewards of stepping into adulthood. Through a series of group workshops and an overnight solo experience, adolescents will explore identity, purpose, and transition.
