G10 Soccer Academy
G10 Academy is founded by Gio Magana-Rivera. Gio is a seasoned soccer professional turned youth mentor who recently launched G10 Academy, a training program dedicated to developing the next generation of players ages 8–18. With more than 20 years of experience, Gio brings expertise, passion, and a heart for giving back to his community through soccer.
He first rose to prominence at Hood River Valley High School, where he led the Eagles to an undefeated 18-0 season and the OSAA Class 5A state championship in 2014. Gio was recognized as Oregon State 5A Player of the Year twice (2013 & 2014) and earned Oregon Gatorade Player of the Year honors.
After high school, he played Division I soccer at the University of Portland with the Pilots and later competed at the professional level.
Today, Gio is channeling his love for the sport and his deep roots in the community into G10 Academy, believing there’s no better way to give back than by helping shape the next generation of soccer players.
Offering 1:1 and group sessions for ages 8-18.
Pricing:
- 1:1 individual sessions $50/hr
- 2 player group sessions: $40/hr per player
- 3 player group sessions: $35/hr per player
- 4 player group sessions: $30/hr per player
- 5 player group sessions: $25/hr per player
- 6 player group sessions: $20/hr per player
