Held In Waters offers gentle, somatic-based water experiences for babies and young children, rooted in nervous-system awareness, developmental readiness, and deep respect for each child’s pace.

Led by Hannah, a longtime water guide with over 25 years of teaching experience, Held In Waters has been part of the Gorge community for nearly a decade. Hannah specializes in early childhood water work and supports children of all abilities, including those with sensory sensitivities and special needs. Her background includes infant massage, doula and postpartum doula care, and ongoing training in infant craniosacral therapy—bringing a deeply nurturing, body-aware approach into every class.
