Cooper Camp - Cooper Spur Alpine Team

Cooper Camp, December 27–30, is a four-day introduction to ski racing and ski-team fun at Mt. Hood Meadows! The camp is designed for a wide range of young skiers and focuses on building strong skiing and racing fundamentals through fun drills, gate training, and lots of free skiing. Our goal is to make learning exciting and to help every athlete progress—no matter their starting ability level.

The final day features the Cooper Cup GS, a fun Intra-Team race followed by a BBQ celebration.

Ability Requirements & Grouping:
Participants must be able to confidently ski green runs and load the chairlift independently to join the camp. Skiers who are comfortable on green,  blue and black terrain are grouped by similar ability, ensuring that every skier—from developing green-run skiers to advanced blue and black skiers—receives coaching that matches their level and promotes meaningful progression and fun.

Campers may be invited to join the CSAT team afterward if recommended by a CSAT coach and if space is available.

Location & What’s Included:
Cooper Camp is based out of the main lot at Mt. Hood Meadows. Registration includes coaching, lane fees, the Cooper Cup GS race, BBQ, and a camp T-shirt. Lift tickets are not included.
