Summer of Freedom - Ride the Bus, Get Free Stuff

This summer, ride the bus and earn prizes!  

Gorge Transit's Summer of Freedom gives middle and high school students (ages 17 and under) the chance to take the bus, explore their town, and get prizes.  

How to Participate:  

Must be in middle or high school (17 years or younger). 

Visit your local library or transit office to sign up:

Hood River: Hood River Library or CAT Transit Office 

The Dalles: The Dalles Library or The Link Transit Office

Ride the bus to get a stamp (1 stamp per ride). 

Then pick up your prize

Prizes include pizza, pool passes, doughnuts, ice cream and more. 

BONUS PRIZE!

We have partnered with the Library's summer reading programs. They will have a special prize for youth who take a selfie/photo reading a book at a bus stop or on a bus.
