Theatre Camp: The Wiz of the West

Columbia Center for the Arts is thrilled to welcome Missoula Children's Theatre back to town for an unforgettable week of creativity, teamwork, and live performance! In just five days, local youth will audition, rehearse, and perform their very own production of Wiz of the West — a foot-stompin', tale-spinnin' twist on a beloved classic. This is your child's chance to step into the spotlight and make memories that'll last a lifetime.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
Open to youth entering grades 1–8 — no experience necessary! Missoula Children's Theatre's professional teaching artists handle everything, guiding your young performers from audition to final bow.

COST
There is NO COST to participate in the summer camp, but we encourage parents to spread the word to their friends and families to purchase tickets for the final performance to support our the camp and our youth programs.

THE SCHEDULE:

AUDITIONS
-Monday, June 22 · 10:00 AM
Come ready to have fun! All auditioning youth will be cast.

REHEARSALS:
- Monday, June 22 · 12:15 PM (first rehearsal begins same day!)
- Tuesday–Friday, June 23–26 · 10:00 AM & 12:15 PM

Not all roles will be called for all times.

PERFORMANCES:
- Saturday, June 27 · 12:00 PM & 2:30 PM
